The year of the rooster. I cant tell you how promising it feels to walk into 2017 after a year of incredible trials. Perhaps I shouldn't be getting into it on my work front but my work and my life seem to be this intertwined mix and I prefer to keep it that way to ensure I speak truth through my work.
The universal shift in thinking and conscious thought broke me in more ways than one. What an immense year of pain and the evolution to rebirth. There have been many life altering experiences if I look back but up until this opportunity to break open in all my humanity, I did not allow myself the opportunity to pause and take ownership of the fact that through all of it , I myself was a part of the creation. I have failed in the way many of us fail: to truly see and accept the beauty and gifts we all have within. yes, I speak of relationships
February is always an interesting month in what we do. Common sense would tell me to make a push to promote some of our beautiful pieces for valentines day but over the years that's been eating at me. declaration of true love towards someone should be a natural part of your everyday and I hope it is for you. Its always nice to receive something lovely from your significant other but I wish for you love in its truest form, gifts or no gifts.

Sometimes things change in the blink of an eye, and this may well be one of those times. This is a time to allow yourself to open to love and make it your mission to find the greatest possible sense of balance.
We don’t often discuss balance in love, yet most relationships end because of this factor. It’s easy to lose sight of our needs when we begin a relationship with someone. We dismiss our need for freedom, quiet, and even sex; we overlook practical aspects like communication or home rituals. And then one day we wake up and realize we aren’t where we want to be.

There is a journey ahead of it. This is a time for wandering, pulled by the stars. The love we’re seeking is already breathing and alive; it’s here.
This time, we will be able to see the bigger picture—and with it, the balance we need in our relationships.
