Warranty policy?

Boho Gypsy guarantees the quality of our jewelry for a period of 6 monthsr from the purchase date. This is limited to normal wear and usage. Our studio reserves the right to determine normal wear and usage. Beyond the warranty date we would be happy to repair your Boho Gypsy jewelry for a charge.

How do I care for my Boho Gypsy jewelry?

All our pieces are shipped in a protective pouch or Box. To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, please store your jewelry in this. This protects it from humidity and any environmental changes which can effect jewelry finish greatly. We use the best gold plating methods available and but anything this is not pure gold does has possiblity of tarnish due to many reasons .  Always put your jewelry on as a finishing touch after using perfume, hairspray, lotions etc. The alcohol and acids in these will cause permanent damage and dulling.

To clean your jewelry, use lukewarm water with mild soap, rinse with cold water and dab dry with a soft cloth.
